How far are you from the beach?

We are only 100 metres or a one-minute walk from the beach. There is only Colley Reserve and The Beachouse between us and the beach.

Can we walk to cafes, restaurants and shops?

You sure can!  Everything is with walking distance. We are only 50 metres from Jetty Road, Glenelg for loads of dining, shopping and sunset drinks.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we provide free Premium Speed NBN.

How many people can sleep in a room?

Our Executive rooms are ideal for singles or couples. The Deluxe Twin rooms sleep up to 3 people.  We have three self-contained suites that sleep either two, three or four people – ideal for couples or families wanting basic kitchen facilities. 

When can we check-in and what time is check-out?

We try to be as flexible as possible, if your room is available early you are welcome to check-in before our usual 2:00pm. – just be sure to call ahead.  Check-out time is 10:00am but wherever possible we will accommodate a later departure – just speak to us at Reception.

Do you have luggage storage?

Yes, we can arrange storage of your luggage during office hours.

Do we need to bring beach towels?

We have big fluffy towels for you to use on the beach.

Can we invite friends over?

Of course. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.  All visitors must leave the premises by 10:00p.m.  No visitors are allowed on New Year’s Eve. Please refer to our “No Party Policy” on our website.

Is there car parking available on-site?

Yes, and it’s free.  Parking is “first in, best dressed” and sometimes the car park is full.  If this happens then there is heaps of free street parking available in Durham Street behind the property.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

No Party Policy

The Ensenada Motor Inn has a strict “No Party” policy to ensure guests can enjoy their stay and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others.  The Ensenada Motor Inn will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a party or function within the hotel room or on the hotel premises.  We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave.  No refunds will be applicable. A security company or the police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour.

Smoking

All our accommodation is 100% smoke-free in all rooms and suites. Smoking areas are allocated outside the building with tables, chairs and ashtrays provided.  Guests will be charged a $400.00 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the room.

Is there an on-site Gym?

There is no on-site gym here at the Ensenada Motor Inn but there are a range of great commercial gyms available nearby on Jetty Road and Moseley Street, Glenelg.
