Cancellation Policy
Ensenada Motor Inn & Suites - General Cancellation & Pre-Payment Policy

AGE: You must be 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.
PAYMENT: See above.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS: If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our Reservations direct at the Motel either by email to bookings@ensenada.com.au or FreeCall 1800-810-778. We will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that;
(a) bookings in certain time periods, or for certain room types cannot be cancelled or changed and
(b) we may permit cancellations or changes but this may involve a charge.
NO SHOW / NON-ARRIVAL: See Cancellation and Pre-payment Policy (above).
NO PARTY POLICY: The Ensenada Motor Inn has a strict NO PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the hotel from damage and maintain it to the standard expected by our guests. Our policy is also to ensure all our guests can enjoy their time with us and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others. The Ensenada Motor Inn will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a party or function within the hotel room or on the premises. The hotel will monitor any music, noise and complaints from other guests and one warning will be given to stop the noise/disturbance. If this warning is not adhered to, the guest will forfeit their payments and must vacate the premises immediately. Your accommodation will not be refunded. The number of guests in the room/suite overnight must not exceed the number that were booked on the reservation. All visitors must vacate the room/suite by 10 p.m. No visitors are allowed on New Years Eve after 8 p.m.
REQUIREMENTS UPON CHECK-IN: You will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by us to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. If any other person is checking in on behalf of the registered guest, we will require prior notice of persons name for security purposes.
SITE INFORMATION: We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, as considerable information is accessed from our accommodation partners, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.
Ensenada Motor Inn & Suites - Room Specific Cancellation & Pre-Payment Policies

Motel Rooms
( Deluxe Twin Rooms & Executive Queen Room )
- Cancellation must be received not less than 24 Hours prior to arrival.
- A cancellation fee equal to the first nights tariff will be charged for a late cancellation or No Show.
- Full payment is required on check-in.
All Self Contained Suites
( One Bedroom Suite - 40, Two Bedroom Suite - 41, Two bedroom Suite - 42 )
- A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided when making your reservation.
- A receipt will be emailed to you. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled within this period.
Specials
( Full Breakfast and Internet package, Seaside Getaway, Lazy Sunday Lie-In & Winter Warmer at The Bay )
- Cancellation must be received 24 Hours prior to arrival.
- A cancellation fee equal to the first nights tariff will be charged for a late cancellation or No Show.
- Full payment is required on check-in.
- The exception to this is the "Stay 3 and Save" promotional rate which must be paid in advance (see below).

- You have selected a Special Rate for booking 3 or more nights in an Executive Queen or Deluxe Twin room and therefore payment is required before arrival.
- A deposit equal to the first's night accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided when you make your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if you cancel within this period.
